Trademark Island offers packages for basic trademark application filings. Upon review of your online trademark submission form, a conflict check will be performed to search for pre-existing use of your mark. If pre-existing use of your mark by third parties is not found, a trademark application will be filed on your behalf. In addition, you will be provided with an attorney consultation to discuss your case.The cost to file a trademark application on your behalf is $199 plus relevant government filing fees ($325/class for marks that are currently used in commerce or $425/class for marks that intend to be used in commerce in the future).
If you need to file an international trademark application or a trademark application in the State of California, please contact Trademark Island directly.
Please be aware that you will be later billed for an attorney to respond to office actions relating to your case issued by the USPTO. You may wait until an office action is issued from the USPTO to your attorney of record to make payment arrangements.

The Complete Trademark Registration Package includes searching for pre-existing use of your mark, filing your trademark application, and managing correspondence from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“the Office”) with regards to your matter. In addition, you will have an opportunity to discuss your matter with a licensed attorney.
The cost of the Complete Trademark Registration Package is $499 plus the relevant government filing fees ($325/class for marks that are currently used in commerce or $425/class for marks that intend to be used in commerce in the future).
If you need a trademark registration in the State of California or in a foreign territory, please contact Trademark Island directly.
Please be aware that if a third party files an action against you at the Office (e.g. Oppositions, Cancellations, etc.), you will have to purchase additional packages.
